At Kingdom Community Center Lahaina, our vision is twofold, rooted deeply in the teachings of Jesus and inspired by the power, unity and service exemplified in the New Testament:

 

1. Fostering Unity in the Body of Christ:

We are committed to being a beacon of unity, where Christians from diverse backgrounds come together in fellowship, worship, outreach and service. Our center hosts events that transcend denominational boundaries, promoting the oneness of the Spirit as described in Ephesians 4:3-6: "Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all."

 

2. Serving Our Local Community:

Our mission extends beyond our walls to serve the greater Lahaina community with love, compassion, and the message of salvation through faith in Jesus. We aim to be a place where people can encounter the transformative power of the Holy Spirit, leading to salvation, baptism, and spiritual growth. This is in line with the Great Commission in Matthew 28:19-20: "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you."

 

Through these goals, Kingdom Community Center Lahaina seeks to:

Promote Unity: By providing a neutral ground where all Christian denominations can gather, learn, and worship together, reflecting Jesus' prayer in John 17:21, "that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you."

Engage in Community Service: We actively participate in community outreach, mirroring the acts of the early church in Acts 2:42-47, where believers devoted themselves to fellowship, breaking of bread, and prayer, leading to favor with all the people.

  Encourage Spiritual Growth: Our programs are designed to lead individuals to an authentic and personal relationship with God, encouraging them to be filled with the Holy Spirit as seen in Acts 2:4, where the believers were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.

 

We believe that through love, unity, service, and the power of the Holy Spirit, we will see His kingdom come and His will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
